​Ukrgasvydobuvannya presented a plan to increase gas production - Tryzub. It is based on three promising directions: ultradeep drilling, tight gas deposit and offshore field exploration.

​Ukrgasvydobuvannya, a member of the Naftogaz of Ukraine group, Vermilion Ukraine Exploration, and a subsidiary of the Canadian oil and gas company Vermilion Energy, have submitted joint applications for participation in 2 competitions for the conclusion of hydrocarbon sharing agreements (PSA), which will be produced in Hrunivska and Okhtyrska fields.

​Ukrgasvydobuvannya joined the United Nations Global Compact. The initiative unites the business around the world to settle the most critical challenges of modernity: human rights and environmental protection, anti-corruption efforts, quality education, etc.

​Oleksandr Oleksenko, who has more than 25 years of experience in the energy and financial sectors, has been appointed as the director of Poltavagasvydobuvannya Gas Production Division.

​For January-December 2019, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya transferred UAH 1.163 bln. of rent payments to the local budgets in the territory of which the company carries out hydrocarbon production.

​Restated charter of Ukrgasvydobuvannya was approved within the transformation process of Naftogaz Group. The collegial administrative body was altered - the Board of the Company into a sole - the Director-General.

​Leading Ukrainian oil producers - Ukrtatnafta, Ukrnafta and Ukrgasvydobuvannya, guided by the Law of Ukraine "On protection of national commodity producer from subsidized imports" and norms of the World Trade Organization, informed the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine about the anti-competitive practices when supplying the Russian diesel fuels and liquefied gas to Ukraine.

​According to recent reports, in January-December 2019, Ukrgasvydobuvannya contributed 13.62 billion m3 of commercial gas, which was given to the public and DHC (district heating company).

​JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya completed eight stages of hydraulic fracturing (HF) at Lannivsky field well using its fleet. As a result of the operation, the deposit reserves were confirmed, and the daily well flow rate increased more than 60 times.
