Through the course of 2019, Ukrgasvydobuvannya transferred almost UAH 1.16 billion of rent payments to local budgets

For January-December 2019, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya transferred UAH 1.163 bln. of rent payments to the local budgets in the territory of which the company carries out hydrocarbon production.

In general, since the beginning of the year, the local budgets of different levels will receive:

  • - Kharkiv region – UAH 578.5 mln.
  • - Poltava region – UAH 493.1 mln.
  • - Lviv region – UAH 42.7 mln.
  • - Dnipropetrovsk region – UAH 26.9 mln.
  • - Others – UAH 21.9 mln.

In general, about UAH 23.26 bln. of rent payments will be transferred to the consolidated state budget by Ukrgasvydobuvannya for 2019.

5% of rent payments for December 2019 that is approximately UAH 76.2 mln will be transferred to budgets of different levels in 12 regions.

Most of these funds are concentrated in two gas extraction regions: Kharkiv and Poltava.

Local budgets of different levels in the Kharkiv region will receive UAH 36.9 mln., Poltava region – UAH 33.1 mln., Lviv region – UAH 3 mln., and Dnipropetrovsk region – UAH 1.6 mln.

The remaining amount of UAH 1.6 mln. of rent payments for December 2019 transferred to Ivano-Frankivsk, Luhansk, Sumy, Volyn, Chernivtsi, Zakarpattia and Donetsk regions.
