Last week the term of validity of contracts of JSC "Ukrgasvydobuvannya" with Stephen Baldwin, who held the post of Executive Director, and Aziza Baldwin, who worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board on labour protection, industrial safety and ecology.

"The experience, knowledge and expertise of Stephen allowed our team to identify priority directions of the Company's development, which formed the basis of the Tryzub perspective program of production growth. Together with Stephen, we have created a transparent system of planning and accounting of production processes. Owing to this, we managed to reach real indicators of commodity gas and keep them at the level of previous years, even in conditions of significant natural decline. Aziza has changed approaches to work in the areas of labour protection and environment: these directions have turned from functions to values of the Company. We have started to implement the modern standards on individual protection means that comply with the international standards. We have taken serious steps forward in minimizing the impact of gas extraction on the environment. The attitude of Stephen and Aziza Baldwin to work entrusted to them has made it possible to change not only the production approaches but also the culture of the Company as a whole. The Company will continue to follow the course both in increasing gas production and in the development of competences in the field of occupational safety and the environment.

The temporary fulfilment of the duties of the Executive Director is entrusted to Oleg Sologub, and Yehor Soldatov became the Deputy Chairman of the Board on labour protection, industrial safety and ecology.
