​EQT Corporation, the largest gas producer in the United States, has donated oil and gas production equipment to Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC.

JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya, part of the Naftogaz Group, in cooperation with the US Agency for International Development (USAID) will receive 6,000 tons of methanol, a critical raw material for natural gas production, treatment, and transportation. The first batch of methanol has already arrived at the company's warehouses.

Ukrgasvydobuvannya has started 3D seismic surveys in the western regions of Ukraine, which will cover an area exceeding 1.5 thousand square kilometres. According to the Company's information, these are the largest studies carried out using this technology, conducted in Ukraine. Advanced international practices of geophysical research in complex geological conditions are applied.

Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC invites companies to participate in the tender for the purchase of services for the development and implementation of an energy management system under the requirements of DSTU ISO 50001:2020 (ISO 50001:2018, IDT).

Based on the results of its work in 2022, Ukrgasvydobuvannya paid almost UAH 2.2 billion in rent to local budgets of various levels. The funds were distributed among 11 regions and 104 territorial communities of Ukraine, where the company produces gas and liquid hydrocarbons.

Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC invites companies to participate in the first stage of the tender for the purchase of workover rigs, carried out within the framework of the joint project with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - "Purchase of WO rigs and improvement of energy efficiency of Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC."

Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC has announced the start of the procedure for procurement of new workover rigs under agreements executed in 2020 between the Naftogaz Group, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Ukrgasvydobuvannya continues the project launched in December 2022 aimed at developing a professional standard for the new integrated profession of Drilling Specialist. For its detailed study and consideration of all expert opinions, the Company created a working group, to which it invited representatives of industry associations, specialised educational institutions, and leading drilling companies.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at today's meeting approved the appointment of Oleg Tolmachev as acting CEO of Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC.

In 2022, Ukrgasvydobuvannya, despite the destruction and occupation of some production facilities in the east of the country, maintained stable natural gas production.
