In the first days of the new year, Ukrgasvydobuvannya commissioned an appraisal well at an upside field. This well has already become the tenth in this field which also demonstrates a powerful result.

Ukrgasvydobuvannya has commissioned two high-rate wells. Both wells have been drilled at one field. One of the wells has been side-tracked; the second has been commissioned after drilling.

In November, Ukrgasvydobuvannya has commissioned another three high-rate wells, which in total provide more than 400,000 cubic meters of gas per day. Two of them are new, and the third has been re-abandoned.

On November 24, 2023, a Round Table was held on the topic Development of partnership between specialized educational institutions and Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC: modern competencies for the industry. It was attended by the company's managers and representatives of 7 specialized universities.

Ukrgasvydobuvannya has discovered a promising Mesozoic play in Carpathians in the field that was considered depleted. An appraisal well that flowered during the testing at more than 200 KCM/D , has provided the highest Ukrgasvydobuvannya rate for fields in the western region in the last 20 years.

Ukrgasvydobuvannya has drilled two high-rate wells. One of them is the appraisal well at the recently discovered field and the other is the development well at the 50-year-old field.

Ukrgasvydobuvannya continues its operations in the war conditions. However, the Company has not reduced its gas production but, instead, commissions high rate wells and discovers new fields. This requires the increase in procurement scopes.
