Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC, a part of the Naftogaz Group, is systematically working to optimize procurement and bidders equal access to Ukrgasvydobuvannya tenders. To expand the range of possible suppliers available on the market in Ukraine, the Company initiates a thematic discussion.

Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC has brought into production the new exploratory well at Bezpalivske field in Kharkiv region with a flow rate of 160 thousand cubic meters of gas per day. The location for drilling the well was determined based on results of 3D seismic exploration conducted in 2020.

Amount of natural gas produced by Ukrgasvydobuvannya in January 2022 reached 1.19 billion cubic meters. In year-to-year comparison, the gross production increased by 1.8%, or 21 million cubic meters of gas.

​Mykhailo Bratakh has been appointed Director of the Ukrgazvydobuvannya R&D Institute - UkrNDIGas.

On January 25, 2022, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC presented the opportunities for cooperation in the format of Production Enhancement Contracts (PEC) to Ukrainian and international companies. As part of the second stage of the project, the company plans to find experienced and reliable partners for the operations management of 35 fields.

​Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC raises social security standards for its employees. The company, jointly with the trade union organization, has developed and began implementing an unprecedented voluntary health insurance program for the entire 17-thousandth team.

​Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC, a part of the Naftogaz Group, has started pilot operation of a new Bee-UGV software package, specially designed for collecting data from energy metering units (natural gas, liquid hydrocarbons, electricity) and for calculating the amount of natural gas in energy units (kWh).

In 2021, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya applied capillary string technology at 75 wells, which made it possible to intensify gas production from the challenging wells complicated by fluid loading.

​In December 2021, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC provided production of 1.109 bcm of natural gas for Ukrainian consumers (sale gas – excluding in-process consumption). This is 2.6 mmcm of gas more than in the same period last year. Moreover, by the end of December 2021, the company ensured increase in average daily gas production to 38.3 mmcm, which is 0.2 mcmm more than in the same period last year.

Ukrgasvydobuvannya starts the second stage of attracting partners to increase gas production at depleted fields in the PEC format (Production Enhancement Contracts). The company will competitively select partners for the development of 35 fields in Eastern and Central Ukraine.
