У період з 1 по 5 червня Міністерство екології та природних ресурсів України провело серію громадських слухань у Сумській та Харківській областях за новою процедурою ОВД (оцінки впливу на довкілля), закон щодо якої набрав чинності у грудні 2017 року.

JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya continues active exploration work on existing licenses and discovered one more new deposit in Kharkiv region in record time in conditions of artificial restraint of the development of a new resource base.

​Under the artificially stunted development of new resource base, in January-May 2018 JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya increased gas production compared with the same period last year, by 63 million cubic meters – to 6.288 billion cubic meters.

​On 30 May 2018, in accordance with laws of Ukraine, JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya was forced to stop extraction of hydrocarbons from the wells of the South Kolomatsky deposit. The stop is due to delay in the license re-registration.

​JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya representatives took part in one of the major conferences in the industry – ‘Coil Tubing. Intensification. New Drilling’ – which began on May 31 in Lviv.

JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya received commercial gas inflow from the extension well with the capacity of 249 thousand cubic meters/day and discovered new deposit in Kharkiv region.

UOP (USA) expressed its gratitude to UGV for the first time in the world commercal introduction of its new catalyst HYT-4118, which was installed at Shebelynka Gas Processing Plant in 2017.

​JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya calls Poltava regional council, regional state administration, district administrations, village councils and united territorial communities of the region to cooperate in solving ecological and social and infrastructure issues of the region.

In exploring a way forward for import substitution, the delegation of JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya familiarized with the production facilities of State Enterprise ‘Zorya-Mashproekt’, one of the largest national producers of gas turbine equipment.

On May 21, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine held the first public hearing in Senchansk territorial community according to the new EIA procedure (environmental impact assessment), the law of which entered into force in December 2017.
