​JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya continues the active geological exploration works under the effective licenses, having discovered an oil deposit in the Kharkiv Region and a gas condensate deposit in the Poltava Region.

JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya, in January-May 2019, paid UAH 603.6 mln to local budgets, in the territory of which the Company carries out hydrocarbon production.

​At the initiative of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya, the land plots were alienated for the needs of the oil and gas industry for the first time in Ukraine.

As part of ongoing actions to improve the occupational health and safety (OHS) management system, which applies to all parties involved in the production processes of the Company, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya opened a telephone line to inform about the identified hazards at production facilities.

​In accordance with the current data, Ukrgasvydobuvannya’s production volume in January-May 2019 reached 6.441 billion cubic meters of natural gas, which is 145 million cubic meters more compared to the same period of 2018.

In the morning of June 2, the employees of Shebelynka Gas Processing Plant (GPP) located in Andriivka, Kharkiv Region, revealed the fact of ignition of a container with a petrochemical substance in the volume of 20 cubic meters.

29 May 2019, Kyiv – JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya, a part of Naftogaz Group, and Vermilion Ukraine Exploration B.V., a subsidiary of the Canadian oil and gas company Vermilion Energy Inc., signed a memorandum of joint participation in tenders for production sharing agreements (PSAs), which will be held at several sites in accordance with the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 18, 2018, as well as about the prospects for further cooperation.
