In introducing the best international practices of corporate management and within the framework of implementation of the Company corporate values, PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya approved the Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Program in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Prevention of Corruption.
The activities of PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya, as a flagship of the gas industry, are based on the standards of openness, transparency, careful attitude towards the environment and ‘zero tolerance’ to any corruption practices.
In this regard, the documents declaring and regulating the activities of the Company employees to achieve the common goal of increasing the Ukrainian gas production were developed and approved.
The Code of Conduct defines the primary goals and principles of business conduct of each employee of the Company 20,000th staff and its eleven subsidiaries. The document is aimed at regulating the relations between the employees and third parties when performing their official duties.
To improve anti-corruption measures, avoid and prevent the corruption in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Prevention of Corruption, a set of rules, standards and procedures for identifying, counteracting and preventing corruption in the Company activities, which formed the Anti-Corruption Program, was developed.
