JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya held the first tenders within the pilot project on procurement under the frame agreements.

In order to create competitive environment in procurement and prevent downtime, it was decided to purchase spare parts for vehicles for the needs of UkrBurGas Drilling Division (branch) under the frame agreements.

The procurement under the frame agreements provides for signing of the same (frame) agreements with three pre-qualified counterparties. The agreement uncludes 561 items of spare parts for the needs of the branch with a total value of UAH 40 million. If there is a need for spare parts, the order is created from the list and one of the three counterparties (the one that submitted the lowest price offer) should ensure its fulfillment. Signing the said agreements for supply of spare parts allows reducing production downtime due to time consuming procurement.

Three Ukrainian companies (Ukravtozapchastyna LLC, Avtotkomponenty Avtek LLC, Trading and Industrial Company Omega-Avtopostavka LLC) were announced as the winners of the tender.

Procurement under the frame agreements makes it possible to reduce the number of similar procurement procedures and carry out one transaction for the planned volume of the required product without violating principles of the competitive environment.
