JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya is pleased with the results of the first electronic auction for sale of special permits for subsoil use which took place on March 6, 2019.
In accordance with the current data, Ukrgasvydobuvannya’s production volume in January-February 2019 reached 2.542 billion cubic meters of natural gas, which is 2.6 % more compared to the same period of 2018.
JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya has increased gas production by 3 billion cubic meters due to 330 hydraulic fracturing (HF) operations for the period from September 2016 to February 2019.
Since no new hydrocarbon deposits are discovered, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya increases production on existing deposits through innovative technological operations aimed at liquid removal from the wells that have not been operated for a long time or operated with periodic interruptions.
In the context of stunted development of resource portfolio, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya is looking for the ways to increase natural gas production in existing fields. The Company has launched the sidetracking project in the wells of idling well stock that could not be returned to the producing well stock by other methods.
In January 2019, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya transferred 5 % of rent payments, that is UAH 124 million, to local budgets of different levels in 11 regions where the Company carries out hydrocarbon production.

In accordance with the current data, Ukrgasvydobuvannya’s production volume in January 2019 reached 1.335 billion cubic meters of natural gas, which is 2.4 % more compared to the same period of 2018, namely by 32 million cubic meters.
