JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya has increased gas production by 3 billion cubic meters due to 330 hydraulic fracturing (HF) operations for the period from September 2016 to February 2019.

From the beginning of 2019, UGV has significantly increased the number of HF works and performed 40 operations within 2 months, which is 90% higher than in the same period of the last year.

It is worth noting that due to the increase in production stimulation operations, it was possible to increase a daily production in January-February 2019 at the level of the first 4 months of 2018.

The HF works were performed both by the branch UGV-SERVICE and the service companies PA “Belorusneft” and Tacrom Services S.R.L. which had won the electronic bidding in Prozorro system.

Ukrgasvydobuvannya plans to perform more than 100 HF operations by the end of 2019. This will have a positive effect of more than 0.5 billion cubic meters of gas in 2019.
