5% of this amount, or UAH 792.1 million, will go to the local and regional budgets where the company produces hydrocarbons. The remaining deductible funds will be sent to the state budget.  

The budgets of Kharkiv and Poltava regions received the biggest portions from the funds paid in the period from January to August 2023 – UAH 385.67 million and UAH 332.72 million, respectively.

Reminder: the amount of rent is calculated based on the price at which Ukrgasvydobuvannya sells gas to Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC.
