Restated charter of Ukrgasvydobuvannya was approved within the transformation process of Naftogaz Group. The collegial administrative body was altered - the Board of the Company into a sole - the Director-General.

Regarding the changes, member of the Management Board, who temporarily exercised the powers of the Chairman of the Board - Andrew Favorov, has been elected the person who briefly manage the powers of the Director-General. It should be noted that since November 2018, Andrew Favorov has been the Head of Integrated Gas Business Division at Naftogaz of Ukraine.

After the liquidation of the collegial executive body, the most operational decisions will be taken by the division heads and area directors of the Naftogaz Group, this will make it possible to strengthen the personal responsibility of the company's management.

The transformation of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine is a process, which consists of the introduction of a new operating model and divisional management structure. The main goal is:  to increase the energy security of the country, the own production volumes and the company values for end shareholder - Ukrainian citizens.
