In 2017, PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya continued to take advantage of Prozorro (public e-procurement system) and achieved significant results by increasing the number of procedures by 78% compared to last year. In total, in 2017, 4 902 procedures were announced, of which 75% are competitive. The expected cost of announced procedures reached UAH 38.9 billion.

Thanks to optimally prescribed operating requirements, transparency in decision making and active involvement of potential counterparties, we succeeded in reaching a high level of competitiveness, namely: average number of participants amounted to 3.4. In total, 3 272 participants took part in UGV procurements, which is 30% more than last year.

Competitiveness has made it possible to maximally optimize the use of funds and meet the target savings in 2017 at the level of UAH 2.027 billion for the concluded contracts (11% of the expected value).

In 2017, requirements were introduced for tender bids and contract execution, which, in turn, eliminated unscrupulous participants.

Drilling equipment, process equipment, pipe and chemical products, services for major workover, 3D seismic exploration are among the largest procurements in 2017.
