Thanks to continuous improvement of methods aimed at detecting unauthorized tie-ins in the condensate pipelines, PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya has reduced the losses of raw hydrocarbons more than twice for 2017 compared to 2016.

The number of tie-ins has reduced from 130 to 58 for 2017 compared to 2016. In 2017, the production losses amounted to 138 tons of raw hydrocarbons, which is practically half of 2016 level.

It is worth noting that the critical number of tie-ins has been revealed by private security structures bounded by contractual obligations with PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya on the results of tender held through the electronic system Prozorro.

As previously reported, the synergy of Alfa Schyt LLC, National Police, and Security Service of Ukraine has prevented high-value theft of hydrocarbons from condensate pipelines at the gas production facilities of PoltavaGasVydobuvannya.
