Ukrgasvydobuvannya for eight months of 2019 sent more than 850 mln UAH of rent payments to local budgets

From January to August 2019, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya paid 850.1 mln UAH to local budgets in the territory of which the Company carries out hydrocarbon production.

5% of rent payments for August 2019 that is approximately UAH 82 mln., will be transferred to budgets of different levels in 11 regions.

Most of these funds directed to two gas extraction regions: Kharkiv and Poltava.

Local budgets of different levels in the Kharkiv region will receive UAH 40 mln., Poltava region – UAH 35.5 mln., Lviv region – UAH 3 mln., and Dnipropetrovsk region – UAH 1.8 mln., with the remaining 1.6 mln UAH of rent payments for August 2019, assigned to Ivano-Frankivsk, Luhansk, Sumy, Volyn, Chernivtsi, Zakarpattia, and Donetsk region.

In general, since the beginning of the year, the local budgets of different levels will receive:

  • - Kharkiv region – UAH 426.8 mln.
  • - Poltava region – UAH 356.6 mln.
  • - Lviv region – UAH 30.6 mln.
  • - Dnipropetrovsk region – UAH 20.3 mln.
  • - Others – UAH 15.8 mln.

The total amount of more than UAH 17 billion of rent payments will be transferred to the consolidated state budget by Ukrgasvydobuvannya for the eight months, 2019.
