Ukrgasvydobuvannya has decreased natural gas production by 5.2% for 7 month 2021

In January-July 2021, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC reduced natural gas production by 5.2% year-on-year, or 0.437 bcm, to 7.9 bcm. The deviation from the output plan is negative 1.6%, or 0.125 bcm.

At the same time, the gas release* for 7 months 2021 shrank by 5.1%, or 0.406 bcm, to 7.5 bcm which is 0.7%, or 0.051 bcm, below the output plan.

This July, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC produced 1.144 bcm of natural gas (negative 4.8%, or 57.5 mcm year-on-year), and released 1.088 bcm of natural gas (negative 4.5%, or 50.8 mcm).

In order to stabilise the company's performance, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC took a number of steps, among them the commissioning of 25 new wells, 80 workovers of wells, 321 coiled tubing operations, 71 fracking operations, and 91 sidetracking operations. Since the commencement of the operation, the company has equipped 197 high-rate wells with the remote monitoring system.
