Ukrgasvydobuvannya for seven months of 2019 sent more than 768 mln UAH of rent payments to local budgets

From January to July 2019, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya has paid UAH 768.2 mln to local budgets in the territory of which the Company carries out the hydrocarbon production.

5% of rent payments for July 2019, which is estimated UAH 86 mln., will be transferred to budgets of different levels in 11 regions.

Most of these funds directed to two gas extraction regions: Kharkiv and Poltava.

Local budgets of different levels in the Kharkiv region will receive UAH 42.1 mln., Poltava region – UAH 37.4 mln., Lviv region – UAH 3.2 mln., and Dnipropetrovsk region – UAH 1.9 mln., with the remaining amount of UAH 1.6 mln. of rent payments for July 2019, assigned to Ivano-Frankivsk, Luhansk, Sumy, Volyn, Chernivtsi, Zakarpattia and Donetsk regions.

In general, since the beginning of the year, the local budgets of different levels will receive:

  • - Kharkiv region – UAH 386.8 mln.
  • - Poltava region – UAH 321 mln.
  • - Lviv region – UAH 27.6 mln.
  • - Dnipropetrovsk region – UAH 18.5 mln.
  • - Others – UAH 14.3 mln.

The total amount of more than UAH 15.4 billion of rent payments will be transferred to the consolidated state budget by Ukrgasvydobuvannya for seven month period 2019.

Remark that calculation of the sum of rent payments is according to the sale price of the natural gas of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya for the benefit of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.
