For January and February 2021, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC, a legal entity of the Naftogaz Group, sent UAH 214.9 million of rent payments to local budgets of the regions where the Company produces hydrocarbons

For January and February 2021, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC, a legal entity of the Naftogaz Group, sent UAH 214.9 million of rent payments to local budgets of the regions where the Company produces hydrocarbons.

The country's consolidated budget will receive a total of more than UAH 4.1 bln. of rental payments from Ukrgasvydobuvannya for 2 months of 2021.

5% of rental payments - UAH214,9 mln. - will be distributed to budgets of various levels in 12 regions.

About 90% of these funds are concentrated in two gas producing regions: Kharkiv and Poltava.

Basically, rental funds are distributed among the regions as follows:

  • – Kharkiv region – UAH102.9 mln.
  • – Poltava region —UAH 93.8 mln.
  • – Lviv region — UAH 9.6 mln.
  • – Dnipropetrovsk region — UAH 3.7 mln.
  • – Others — UAH 4.9 mln.

Recall that the amount of rental payments is calculated in accordance with the selling price of natural gas of Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC in favor of the Naftogaz of Ukraine.
