In keeping with the principles of legality, consistency, predictability and transparency, PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya introduces changes to the Regulations on Mediation Board Activities.
In order to improve the regulation of the interaction between the Company and counterparties in the areas of procurement and sale of inventories, the following amendments have been introduced in the Regulations on Mediation Board Activities:
- - there have been extended the areas of complaint submission and information messages, in particular there is a new opportunity to submit complaints about sale of goods (works/services), contract execution;
- - there have been regulated the principles, which the Company observes when examining complaints and information messages;
- - there have been taken into consideration the challenging issues, which arose during the complaint examination;
- - there have been detailed the action plan of the Board and business units involved in the procurement;
- - there have been provided the possibility to appeal against decisions of the Mediation Board.
The above mentioned amendments make the interaction between the responsible business units of the company and the counterparties more transparent and consistent. The Mediation Board is an important tool for improving business processes and regulatory framework of PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya.

The Mediation Board has been functioning at PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya since March 2016. On the official website, the counterparties may submit their complaints and suggestions on the Company activities.
