In the first quarter of 2018, PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya has reached the natural gas production level of 102% compared to the first quarter of 2017, producing 67.2 million cubic meters more than in the corresponding period last year.
According to the operational data, gas production by PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya in January-March 2018 amounted to 3.764 billion cubic meters.
The production output of the first quarter corresponds to the plan of quarterly increase in gas production.
Moreover, technological measures of the first quarter and plans for the second quarter for operational activities (introduction of new wells for drilling, overhaul of wells, operations for the intensification of extraction, an increase of 50% of coil tubing operations and commissioning of 22 km of the Valuyha gas pipeline), lay firm foundations for the planned targets for production in the first half of 2018.
Also, in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2018, UkrGasVydobuvannya plans to introduce new technological capacities: build 8 booster compressor stations, increase the number of workover rigs by external contractors to 50 units, operate 10 coil tubing complexes, nitrogen units, commission new wells of external drilling contractors.
"All of the above technological operations in symbiosis with the enactment of laws on land issues and decentralization of rent payments will allow us to reach the target level of gas production that is based on the plans of the 20/20 program" - noted Oleg Prokhorenko, CEO and Chairman of the UGV Board.
