JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya is actively looking for the ways to develop a new resource portfolio and considers the possibilities of exploring new oil and gas fields in different regions of Ukraine. 

Following the cooperation with the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine and due to Memorandum of Cooperation signed with the authorities of the Chernihiv Region, the Company obtained two special permits in the Chernihiv Region.

The obtained special permits will allow JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya to start geological exploration in a new prospective oil and gas region and to increase the hydrocarbon resource portfolio. As noted earlier, the estimated volumes of undiscovered oil and gas deposits in the region make up more than 216 million tons of reference fuel.

The activity of Ukrgasvydobuvannya in the Chernihiv Region is beneficial for both the Company and residents of the region, because the successful geological exploration and discovery of deposits will make it possible to extract hydrocarbons and, respectively, make rent payments, in particular for infrastructure projects in the region.
