JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya announced two-stage online bidding with pre-qualification and reverse auction for the procurement of services aimed at implementing software package of databases containing geological, geophysical and other information fund in the Rialto (commercial bidding system).

To increase the transparency of procurements that take place outside the ProZorro, changes have been introduced to the two-stage reverse bidding procedure. From now on, two-stage bidding will be conducted in the Rialto (commercial bidding system).

In accordance with the introduced changes, the Company has already announced the first online reverse bidding for the procurement of services aimed at implementing software package of databases containing geological, geophysical and other information. From now on, participants of the procurement procedures with pre-qualification and reverse auction will download the entire package of bidding documents to the system, following which the responsible employees of UGV will assess them. After passing qualification, price auction in the electronic system takes place and procurement procedure winner is decided. The procurement procedure through two-stage reverse bidding can be conducted in cases where the expected purchase price is equal to or exceeds UAH 30 million.

The mentioned changes allow reducing human factor during the procurement procedure in terms of obtaining and disclosing offers and make UkrGasVydobuvannya procurements more transparent and informationally available.

Most often this procedure is used for large-scale purchases, where it is important to check the goods and services for compliance with the specification and tender documentation.
