Naftogaz Group appointed Andriy Misinyov, who has over 20 years of experience in the gas industry, the Director of the Gas Production Department of Poltavagasvydobuvannya.

Andriy Misinyov is a strong technical expert who has an insider's knowledge of both the Ukrainian oil and gas industry and our company. He has proven himself as a crisis manager, who is capable of taking responsibility and accepting challenges. The divisional structure provides for the delegation of many production solutions to the sites, and therefore his experience is crucial, especially in today's difficult period for the gas production industry,” said Oleksandr Romanyuk, Director of the Upstream Division.
Andriy Misinyov has been working for Ukrgasvydobuvannya in various capacities for more than 20 years. During the last 5 years he headed the LIKVO Specialized Emergency and Rescue Service. He graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas with a degree in Oil and Gas Field Equipment. Several years ago he received an MBA degree at the Kyiv School of Economics.
“It is an honor for me to take on leadership of the Poltavagasvydobuvannya team. I know very well the specialists who are part of this team, and what they are capable of. On the one hand, we have to continue the ongoing management reform - to build effective processes and project communication both at the unit level and the division level. On the other hand, we should implement measures to maintain production in the face of declining investment and lay the foundation for long-term development projects. These are essential tasks, which will require great efforts and dedication from each member of our team,” added Andriy Misinyov.
