Ukrgasvydobuvannya reports that the law enforcement officers have started conducting searches in UkrBurGas Drilling Division at 08:00 a.m.

The searches have been conducted by the officers of the Investigative Division of the Main Department of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kharkiv Region and the Security Service of Ukraine in accordance with the ruling of the investigating judge of the Kyivskyi District Court of Kharkiv.
The court held that the documents concerning the economic relations of the Company with one of the counterparties were subject to seizure.

The representatives of the Company declare their readiness to cooperate with the law enforcement authorities within the current legislation and have voluntarily provided the law enforcement officers with all documents on cooperation of UGV with the counterparty specified in the ruling.

However, the law enforcement officers request UGV to provide a number of documents and commercial information about partnership with more than ten other contracting organizations which are not mentioned in the ruling.

Thus, investigative activities are still ongoing.
