In 2019, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya, a member of the Naftogaz Group, received UAH 104.4 billion from the sale of gas and liquid hydrocarbons. The company's contributions to state and local budgets in the form of taxes and dividends to the shareholder accounted for 60% of this amount (UAH 62.7 billion).

Despite the crisis conditions in global and Ukrainian energy markets, Ukrgasvydobuvannya, which is a member of the Naftogaz Group, managed to maintain commercial gas production rates at the level recorded during the same period of the previous year with deviations within the range of minus 0.4%.

​According to the results of the open tender, Naftogaz Group has attracted an international company, Expert Petroleum, to increase hydrocarbon production on fields of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya in Western Ukraine.

​JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya has completed the workover of the well at Abazivske field in Poltava region. Its daily production rate increased from almost zero to 98 tcm.

​Andrew Favorov leaves the position of the Director of Integrated Gas Business of "Naftogaz of Ukraine", as well as the person who temporarily exercises the duties of the General Director of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya.

​JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya, in January-February 2020, has paid 147 mln UAH to local budgets, in the territory of which the Company carries out hydrocarbon production.

​JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya put a new well into commercial operation in Shoseine field, Kharkiv region. Its daily flow rate after hydraulic fracturing operation (HF) has increased more than 20 times and amounted to 121 th m3 of gas.

​Last week the term of validity of contracts of JSC "Ukrgasvydobuvannya" with Stephen Baldwin, who held the post of Executive Director, and Aziza Baldwin, who worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board on labour protection, industrial safety and ecology.

​For January 2020, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya has paid UAH 81.9 mln. of rent payments to local budgets in the territory of which the company carries out hydrocarbon production.

​Ukrgasvydobuvannya has completed the construction of a further exploration well No. 206 with a depth of 6 100 m at Berezovskoye field in Kharkiv region. Its daily well flow rate is more than 250 thousand m3 of natural gas.
