Naftogaz Group continues to build a professional top management team in the process of its transformation. Recently Nataliia Rudevych was appointed Director for Oil and Gas Services of the Technical Support Division of Naftogaz.

“Naftogaz has given impetus to the development of the service market in Ukraine. We deployed cutting-edge technology, state-of-the-art equipment and the best international service contractors. This is exactly the direction that allows us to maintain volumes of gas production in depleted fields. Nowadays, it is vital not to slow down and continue to develop the quality service direction of Naftogaz. We are improving our efficiency and operational processes as part of the transformation process. Therefore, it is essential that this direction be headed by a person who has experience, knowledge and expertise of latest internationally recognized standards of service business,” said Andriy Khomenko, Director of the Technical Support Division of Naftogaz.

Nataliia Rudevych has over 20 years of experience in project management in various fields. In particular, for the past 10 years, she held managerial positions at Weatherford, one of the Big Four of the global service companies. Prior to Weatherford, she worked in the tax and legal consulting department of the Ukrainian division of the international consulting and audit company KPMG.

“I am honored to join the professional team of Naftogaz Group. I hope I can contribute to the development of the Company's service divisions. Undoubtedly, Naftogaz has already done a great job in this direction, but the market is growing rapidly and there is room for development. My task will be to implement international practices, primarily in matters of occupational safety, and standardize production processes in accordance with global best practices,” said Nataliia Rudevych, the newly appointed Director for Oil and Gas Services of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya.

Asan Rakhi, who served as Deputy General Director of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya for Oil and Gas Services, is now working on other projects of Naftogaz Group.
