The decision of the conflict commission:
Відповідно до протоколу №086 від 23.01.2018 Тендерним комітетом відмінено зазначену допорогову закупівлю.
У зв’язку із викладеним скарги ТОВ «Реагент Ф» №70 від 27.11.2017 та ТОВ «НВП Оргсинтез» №КП-18Т-004 С-1 від 29.11.2017 щодо кваліфікації ТОВ «НВП «Оргсинтез» відхилено.
