On June 7, the Yablunivka Gas Processing Department (Yablunivka GPD) of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya terminated operation for scheduled maintenance.

The scheduled maintenance is carried out in order to prepare production for the summer period with high ambient temperatures.

The repair includes a set of works on routine maintenance, equipment inspection and repair.

The repair is scheduled to be completed by June 14th.

The scheduled maintenance will not affect the shipment of already contracted products, as well as the volume of liquefied gas sold at weekly spot and monthly long-term tenders.

Background

Yablunivka GPD is the largest producer of liquefied gas among the production units of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya.

In 2019, the production unit produced 52.4 thousand tons; for 4 months of 2020 - 16.4 thousand tons of finished products.
